I can't make any phone calls and make and TXT messages . They say my subscription is no longer. When I checked my account online it's active. Just wanted to know why I can't make calls or text messages. 
Just wondering I already have a public Mobile account. I see there is an new offer $39 for Canada and US and it's only available until April 9, 2024.Should I switch and how do I do that?
Can't receive or send text messages. Also can't receive any phone calls or call out why?Was working fine this morning.
