Can't send or receive SMS

I just transfered the other day to PM and on the first day I could send/receive SMS, I am not able to now. Both ends look like they were sent but neither side receives the message.

submit ticket with support . using the chat bubble bottom right of screen 

If that doesn’t work you can always send private message to support .
