Phone calls

My phone will not allow me to make or receive any phone calls.  What should I do?

- Check if your account is active.
- Did you pay your bille?
- Try different SIM to confirm phone is working properly and has connection with SIM.
- How about texting? Can you send/receive?
- Internet working?

did you reboot your phone? Try your sim card on another phone if you have one 

and login My Account and confirm if account is Active

and does data work?
