Hello

On feb 29th - i changed my plan to the  - 34.00/50 g canda us plan to take effective on march 26th.  Have now found out for some iit did not take and i am not the only one whom is having this issues.

what is going on - said all was good when i changed it and confirmed my credit card info and how much it was going to be charged.

 

i have a screen shot and everything - would love any answers none of them said needs to update subscription asap

Hello @Michelleingram 

To confirm you are set up for change, please open your phone app and follow these instructions.

Now, I'm hoping you've updated the app. Bottom right corner you should be on Subscriptions. Go to Manage Subscription. On the next screen it should show upcoming changes there. Hope this helps.

maybe just browser cache, please use Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account to confirm again

If same,  please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html  Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".

If you did Change on Renewal,  it will start as of March 26 like you said.  How do you know that it did not take? When you sign into My Account,  it will show what your current Subscription is and upcoming as of the date. Does it not show this? 

If not use the chatbot to submit a request  or through the support link. If it allows you can also send your screenshot.

@Michelleingram  Contact support show them your screen shot and they should fix for you 

submit ticket with support . using the chat bubble bottom right of screen

when you log in to your account Subscription and Add-ons, it should show you what your current plan is and plan you selected for renewal on March 26th
