IF I get 2 phone numbers for the Dual SIMM in the one phone plan, is there any extra charges for getting and using a 2nd phone number within this one plan?. IF so, what are the charges?.

Yes, two phone numbers means you're paying for 2 separate lines. They can be with the same carrier or different carriers, but either way you're paying for 2 lines.

Also note that many phones can only have 1 sim active at any given time for each type of service (text, calls, data), so you may need to switch back and forth to send texts or make calls on the other line.

@justmeheyok  you cannot have two phone numbers on one plan.

Each account must have its own email and password. 

So you would have to create another account and buy a new plan for your other SIM.
