Hi PM Team,
I received a mail from you today but when I checked my account, there has NOT BEEN any add-on holiday bonus. You told me that I should bring up the matter after Dec 15th, this is what I am doing.

Check for text from 4911. Did you block text messages from PM?
If you did, just contact a CS_Agent to add it manually.

Try sending YES2 to 4911
If that doesn't work then you'll have to get a Customer Support Agent to add those holiday gifts to your account manually.
Use the Chatbot Simon to get a service ticket started first.

first try to send YES2 to shorcode 4911
if you got back a reply saying they will add it, good
if not, then just open ticket with PM Support and they will add it back for you.
