Hi PM Team,I received a mail from you today but when I checked my account, there has NOT BEEN any add-on holiday bonus. You told me that I should bring up the matter after Dec 15th, this is what I am doing.
I have not received notice from PM's Holiday Bonus of 2GB bonus one-time data add-on and 500 international long-distance bonus minutes one-time add-on. Please assist.
Please advise : 1/ I did not received PM offer of 12 GB bonus one-time date add-on and 500 international calls,2/ when I checked my profile, an entry of 647 -111 1111 as my alternative call, this is not supplied by me. I have it changed instantly.
