I have not received notice from PM's Holiday Bonus of 2GB bonus one-time data add-on and 500 international long-distance bonus minutes one-time add-on. Please assist.

You got the correct amount of bonus data of 2gb this time.
As others have noted, text will take up to December 15. As a long time member, I got mine last Thursday. If you are a new customer, it will take a bit longer so patience is required.

Don't worry. If you have not received the offer text message after Dec 15, you can create a support ticket to ask CS Agent for help.

@GeorgeannaNg PM is sending out small number of invites daily till Dec 15, still 4 more days to go
if you still not see the text on the 15th, then open ticket with PM support and they will add it back for you

It being sent out in batches until December 15. Be patient. If you haven't received the text message by December 16, then you can ask a Customer Support Agent from Public Mobile to add the holiday gifts to your account manually.
