Yes you can pick one up at a Telus/Koodo store for $10 or order one online for $5.99 at Canadian Cell Supplies with fast shipping or pick it up if you are in the Oakville, Ontario.

Sorry but there's no way to pick up your sim card from Public Mobile yourself.

You'll just have to reach out to a Customer Support Agent and get another one sent out or arrange a credit.

Use the Chatbot Simon to get a service ticket started first.
