I have tried multiple times today and yesterday to get a chat agent. Seems impossible. At this point I can no longer wait for a SIM card. I've gone with another carrier. How can can I cancel this and get a refund?

since we are just customers here, only PM agent can help
check with them, there is a chance. We have seen situation similar to it, account activated and waiting for a card and it didn't come, and agent were able to cancel the account and refund.

Your charge will be pending on your CC statement. Once you activate the SIM then it will be posted.

When you sign up to Public Mobile you buy the SIM card with a Subscription Plan. I paid 47 bucks and have not used their network once. I don't care about the SIM card as much as making sure I am not billed again. What kind of company take days for customer service?

When I subscribed I paid for the SIM card AND a month of service. 47 bucks. Its not just the SIM card. I want to be sure that I am not billed again.

I don't care so much about the SIM card, but the month fee I paid. In total it was 49 bucks. And I want to be sure its not re-occurring

Im not sure they will do a refund though, and your best bet may be trying to sell it.

Members have reported that it could take up to 3 weeks to arrive. When it arrives, sell it, keep it as backup or give to a family or friend but give them your referral code.
You could go to a Telus/Koodo/Mobile Klinik and pick one up ($10) or order from Amazon ($4.99).

you cancelled but there's no refunds here. You could mesage the Customer Support and ask for refund...but...

SIM card purchase is non-refundable, but you can try to talk to PM agent. please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:
