Hello,
I just ported my number from Koodo to Public Mobile and I used my friends phone number for a referral bonus, it has not been applied. I ensured that when I signed up I added his number... but nothing.
Is there any way to go back and add this if it did not work? Please help.

I received my credit of $10 overnight - I did not receive a text message, simply showed up in the account.

You might also contact your friend and see if it was processed on their end. They should have been notified that you used their number as referral when you signed up.

You should get a text about the credit as soon as its processed!

It's advertised as up to 72 hours just to be on the safe side but normally when you wake up the next morning it should be in your account.

Please wait aleast 24 hours for it to show up on your account.

It can take 72 hours for the referral to show up.
