forgot email to login and pass word

hello i set my account up and i forgot the email and the password also the 4 digit pin, and i have made a payment to my account 3 days ago and my phone still isnt working, please can you help me with this 343-261-7740 is my phone number

The online portal does not provide any method to retrieve your email.

• Also you can try all your email addresses in the Forgot Password.
• There should be 1 email titled "Your Public Mobile Activation Details" to your registered email. Try finding that in your inbox.
• If no luck... You're likely needed to Ask a moderator (Can take up to 48 hrs, 1 message at a time) with "3 elements of the following information: Date of Birth, Address with Postal Code, Home or business contact number, Commonly called numbers or text messages (SMS), Last top-up amount and the date, the Last booster purchased and the date or Email address".

as mentioned look in your inbox for an email form public mobile

you can also try the lost stolen feature to identify your emial address. input your various ones and you will either get an error message or you will be taken to the next step.
