I guess if you have activated today  on a plan $35 or more, you should still be eligible for it.  Yes, we supposed to submit email ahead but I don't think this is actually needed.  The important part is whether you activate online or not

 

Please open a ticket with PM Support.  click on the Bubble on the lower right or directly at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Follow these these to get to ticket open page quicker:

  1. type: Contact CS Agent
  2. Click "Contact Us"
  3. Click "Other"
  4. Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
  5. you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

    After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

I have just activated today, Jan 17th. I was unaware of the activation code 2GBBONUS needing to be applied. Can it be applied to my account now so that I can receive this bonus?

There has been a retail offering of this promotion that limited it to 6 months and currently CCS has it as a 3 month only promotion. So I would still ask for it to be added and see what happens. I can tell you there was one customer in a similar situation several months ago that did get it added with an unlimited expiry that was quite a surprise.....but I wouldn't count on that rather be happy with whatever length of the promotion you get if the CSA to add it to your account.

@malaandre   The 2GBBonus is supposed to be online activation only and not in-store.  I am afraid you cannot take advantage of the promotion.

 @malaandre : Activating in store may only be for 6 months. The promo proper needed to be done yourself online.

Hi, so I activated my SIM card today at Walmart and the cashier forgot to add the promo code 2GBBONUS to my account. Now I am trying to find a phone number to call or contact someone to add it past pay and I can’t find any. Can you guys help me please?

@Faz1 so, you tried the code and failed?  just open a ticket with PM support, they will verify and add it back for you if you have done everything right

Well I'm curious because  I just updated my CCS marketing thread with their 3rd month free credit promo and they mentioned a $5 account credit. So I am trying to see if this 2 and that 2 add up to 4?

Or is pm adding a $5 credit to new accounts to give them 50% off the msrp of a pm sim card regardless of where they get their sim card as long as they activate online before 11:59:59pm eastern on January 17th?

and for Existing Customer nothing will provide 
public mobile have to provide special deals for existing customer,
i hope they will do something.
i appreciate you and your Team thank you very much for everything...

 

but that 2GB Free bonus for a long time in here so why public mobile increase plan by 2GB, is much better to keep bring 2GB Free bonus and a lot existing customer sad and is will be very nice to existing customer upgrade plan to increase Data.. i hope you can submit to your higher department maybe they can do it.

 @0PX9O4 : If past practice is any indication then they will honour it. If someone submits their email address by the end of the promo then they must honour it. The promo mentions ordering a SIM online. How could a customer possibly get a SIM online over a weekend other then spending a fortune on shipping. So no...they must honour it. And they have.

I'm trying to convince someone to sign up for PM, but am wondering whether the promo will be honoured after Jan 17th if someone registers before then, but is only able to receive and activate the SIM after the promo end date?
