Data access problem

I have an additional 250GB of bonus data, but have used up the regular monthly data allotment so far this month. I received a text stating I’ve used 100% of my data, but when I check the app it still says I cave over 200GB available, but nothing is working while not in WiFi

I have almost the same problem. I recently returned to Public Mobile and got a new plan with data, and should have data available ( I did not receive any text stating I’ve used 100% of my data, and I cannot even find where that information would be either on my iPhone or on PM customer platform!), but but nothing is working while not in WiFi.

I had the same issue. A few days ago it said I had 120 something days left to use up my 250 gig of data, then a couple days later i got a notification that i used up my 10 gig/month plan and all of a sudden the 250 gig was gone from my account.

the bonus 250GB has an expiration, 150 days.  I think everyone's bonus data should be expired by now.  So, that would be the reason
