My father activated my account for him and he noticed that he hasn't been receiving the monthly point for when I activated using his code. There was an issue on your end when activating so we think something happened to cause this, I also did not receive my $10 bonus

You will receive your $10 within 72 hours and your father will receive the 1 point/month on his renewal date.

Also, he should have gotten a Cha-Ching way to good email that he gotten a new referral.

you can open a ticket with PM support and ask them to confirm if the friend referral was properly processed.   Please open ticket with PM support:

1. Open ticket via Chatbot (need access to My Account): At https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
    Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", then "Other", then "Log In", finally click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗
2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after ticket submitted, CS Agent will reply to you there
