No internet connection today. phone and SMS is working. It was working before.

@due8888 so, you used 49+ GB? If it is correct, what although you see 1GB left, it could already been used and just the site not updated it yet

try call *611 and check the data usage there to confirm.

checked. Only used less than 1GB (I have 50 GB plan). Tried reset all network and restarted phone. no help.

did you login My Account and check if all your data already used?

and check if your phone has the data limit, it might reached the max it set on your phone, but you can disable that

and try Reset All Networks on your phone, could resolve the data issue
