no internet, cannot make calls and cannot send SMS messages

Public mobile service is getting worse. I was not able to get mobile internet, call and SMS was still working. Now I cannot make/receive phone calls, cannot send SMS messages. Anyone has same situations?

I am in Markham. Now phone call and SMS is back. internet is up and down. If internet is up, it shows LTE not 5G. looks service interruption.

checked. Only used less than 1GB (I have 50 GB plan). Tried reset all network and restarted phone. no help.
