Charged multiple times for my Chatr

Hello , I registered my credit card for the prepaid Chatr and they charged me once , but again I see 2 more pending transactions for this Chatr service . Will they charge me multiple times in a month ?

I often use goggle news, however recently it has been so slow.  I can scroll through the headlines, but if I click on an artilcle it  just dies and then tells me "app not working".   Does anybody have an idea.?Thank you
