I switched also from Bell. So far everything is good and found the help link very useful. Hopefully it works out.
I switched over to the PM over from Bell. It's been a bad experience and I do not recommend using PM. No customer support to reach, and it's been a pain to find answers.
I'd say it's a far sight better than any of your current plans. US calling is nice too, though I wouldn't expect that you would match that aspect.
