Self-Serve Needs  Major Refit   The Self-Serve needs some refinements   Add-On Usage seems quite out of sinc   How bout Data Usage Rate/Add-On Read-Out, so that ppl can fully understand what this means fully   Also, If PM relocated the Lost/Stolen Phone icon in the Overview instead of having to click Plan & Add-Ons to find it. Making Important icons easier to find is absolutely key to Superior Service   Also, if PM Had a PUK Request located in Self-Serve, this would be Ideal and quicker than Simply Sending Email, so that the tools are close to Our Button-Pushy Fingers   Also, What if PM had this in Self-Serve too: Ability to Request Unlock Codes via Self-Serve, instead of Standard Email? 250 MB data is way too small for the 10 day US Talk Text and Data Bundle. I am not a heavy data user, but the 250 MB is used up in about 3 days. Can you increase the data amount? Roam Mobility has unlimited data for their plan, so it can't be that expensive to increase it.   ... View more

Brilliant idea.... When someone pays their bill you send out a reciept with your HST number on it which is law.  Just a thought.  You wouldnt want Revenue Canada doing investigations into your billing proceedures so you may want to prioritze this before they start tearing into you.  That would cost a lot of downtime and expense of resources.  Whouldnt it just be easier to issue receipts?! ... I have an idea, though probably never going to happen, but who knows. For PM Clients who have been with PM for, lets say 10-15 yrs. pays a certain amount for a plan, let's say min $50-$65 range, in good standing, buys good amounts of data plans/add-ons, PM offering some kind of reward that says deeply how much PM values a long-term Client. Was thinking what reward would be nice: Either a Nice Cellular of Clients choice, or a a certain amount of their plans on PM for a certain period of time, something that shows the client how much PM really appreciates their long-term valuable clientele.  ... I was thinking of this: What if PM created a Special Sim that determined if a Handset was Comparable, NOT an actual Sim for Service necessarily, but to determine if a Handset is 110% Compatible.   This Test Sim would Not be Disposable, but reusable. PM should perhaps, once a year, or every so often offer Twice the Data Plans and Add-Ons for the price of ONE, on a Tuesday once in a while, Maybe that alone may encourage ppl that Data is our Friend, and quite Affordable. Hi There,  I pay for 3 accounts, I'd like to see more than one admin per account,  My personal account isn't a problem, but locating my sons details (which email account was used, their password, PIN, etc ... ) is a major frustration to me. I only login if there is a problem, and this community BBS is well cumbersome.   Could you perhaps have a lookup where the customer enters their phone number and the login details would be emailed to the address that is on file?  If the email is now dormant or whatever reason, then the moderator can jump in.   That alone would be a blessing, to both us and the mods,  hope this helps.   ... I feel that sending a message to a moderator and waiting for their response is a long process. This can be time consuming if the message is not responded to promptly. The process should be faster adn simplified by giving the option to live chat with the moderators and letting them give instant feedback to questions. This will ensure that the customers are able to get their problems resolved without the long delay time. ... View more

I just put on my SIM Swap t-shirt so it made me think of this.   Here's a new one. For each account currently active on PM, give them a free SIM card to encourge others to join. Make them fill out a form, easily monitored via phone number to avoid hoarding. Just to have one on hand - 'just in case'.   I can't see it would cost very much and the uptake would be small - 10% would seem like a lot. I am extremely disapointed and frustrated with the terrible service and poor response from Moderators.  11 days ago they said a problem with my account not being recognized would be fixed within 24 to 72 hours and they would advise me when it was done. It was not fixed within 72 hours. Nobody contacted me over teh past 11 days to follow up No Moderator has responded to my 4 urgent followup requests over the past 7 hours. This is TERRIBLE service and reading teh message boards it is clear many others are very frustrated and disapointed with the lack of response from Moderators.  Since this is your only means of support you HAVE TO DO A BETTER JOB!!!  Set some standards for response times and publish them so customers know what to expect and PM knows how badly they are serving customers.  ...
