KEY #1 has always been configured to work to call the VM. why it stopped working ?? ... how do i make it work again ?

i tried to reboot once more and still no lucktried accessing when holding key 1 on keypad, and it does not workworks when calling directly number VM # 778-581-4001how can i resolve this? or reprogram the phone number on key number 1

could a @CS_Agent PM me so we can find out what is this stupid @@$#$@ charge of 63.84$it should not be that hard right ??? Public Mobile ... you get what you pay for ... not that much 
