Why is public mobile website soooo slow on my computer.

It also keeps bumping me out.

I find it slow too. I have a fast gaming pc and a fibre optic wifi connection but still the website loads very slow. It is even glitchy on mobile browser. Public mobile needs to work on this.

This is going to be a combination of several things including the speed of your computer, the programming of the oeprating system, the programming of the web browser, and the specific code of the Public Mobiel Self Serve website.  I've experienced several instances of the the site tying up almost 100% of CPU resources.  This leads to me to suspect inefficient site source code.

website can be slow alright. Try using a different web browser...I find my Firefox to be about the best in my case...but try others to see if any others have better results.

The best site needs a lot of work. However the app I find is much better. JMO.

It's pretty common, and it stinks.

I experience wait times of 10 - 30 seconds anytime trying to log into self-serve, whether using the app or web application.
