My upcoming subscription plan no longer exists?

I asked to be switched to a new plan on my next payment date. The new plan was 80G (at 5G) for $39. I went into my account and while I do find the information that says my subscription will be switched the information does not explain the details of the new plan. I looked up the different plan options in the "shop" section of the Public Mobile website and my new plan is no longer listed. What does this mean for my upcoming switch? And how can I find out the details of my new plan? I wanted to confirm a few things.

No worries- all is good —you will get the promised plan you selected at your upcoming renewal data.

if you get the $39 80gb, it pretty much 80gb and include unlimited calls and text

if you need, you can use the Chabot to open ticket with PM and confirm

The plan should be what you agreed to. You will haft to wait for the change. PM changes the plans all the time on there web page. And should not affect what your plan will be. If you need better information you will need to contact PM. Using the chat bubble on the bottom right
