Why is the website so God awful bad, slow, and unresponsive to use ?

I try to redeem my points but the website makes it virtually impossible to do. Is that by design ?  I have used Public Mobile for years now, but this website is seriously BAD ! I question my loyalty to the brand now.

possibly due to higher traffic.  did you try using the app ? or Browser with Incognito mode?

Normally I don't have any issues using the site from home or work but today it's not loading my account once I log in.  The community loads (obviously) but the store account is stuck in Progress bar mode... ... ...

Black Friday sales issues or just normal lagginess?

edit: it loaded eventually. Changed nothing at my end.

Respectfully, I have highspeed internet, I clear cache regularly,  and I own the latest highspeed laptop and so the issue isn't speed or performance. There is something strange going on with the website behaviour in that it takes forever to refresh itself. In anycase, I do appreciate the advice and will most likely try using the App instead of the browser. My only goal was to provide some constructive critism on the website. If I am the only one experiencing the issue, then my bad.

Website speed is ok to me

Try a different browser or better use the App.  App loads much faster and usually less 2FA problem once you marked it Remember device

This website does have its issues.  

You may want to try a different web browser, clear cache or incognito mode.  Or you could use the PM app.  

At home, with high speed internet and a newer laptop or PC, I have no issues with website speed.  At work, with slower computer and internet connection, website does lag at times.
