Why is public mobile website soooo slow on my computer.It also keeps bumping me out.

If I change my plan to CANADA-US for several months can I change back to the $25 subscription I have now?Will I loose status I have now? credits for refurrals, year credits, auto payment etc.

My husband and I both have a Public Mobility account. Can we text to each other in the US without US roaming?
