where can I buy a physical sim card in edmonton Alberta?

I've called all the places like Walmart, London drugs, best buy....etc. that are listed as places to buy them but they all said they either don't sell them anymore or they only sell top up cards. If there is no place to buy them in person does anyone have a link to Amazon or online where I can buy one and get it really quick? It's for a friend who wants to switch over to public.

Public mobile sim cards are only free during certain promotions ordered directly from Public Mobile. Public Mobile only credits back the cost of a Sim card when an issue on their end requires a customer to purchase one locally to get or continue their service. (ie. E-sim fails to install at activation.)

Buy a physical sim card from a koodo/telus store or a mobile klinic store. Then contact CS_AGENT and they will credit you the cost of the sim $11.30 (10+tax).
