Data not working

My data is suddenly not working in Edmonton alberta. Looks like I can call and receive texts still. I tried to submit a ticket but it just brings up an error page. I'm getting a message from my phone saying I need to sign into public mobile network. When I click on it it brings up a public mobile page saying that I may be out of data or my payment failed. I have 8gb left of data and my payment is upto date.

@Cole90154  not sure if you are close teh Eta Lake, there is confirmed Mobile issue there as of 2AM

I have tried that and rebooting my phone. I also tried reseting network settings

Try airplane mode, no - then restart, no - then power cycle.
