whatsapp issue

I dont have whatsapp while im using my data. Is somebody can help me out how to fix it?

HI @swanalaca   is your Whatsapp working now?   Whatsapp is a very simply app that use on the current Mobile Data,as long as Mobile Data working, there is no special setup for it.  

So, check if your other app is using Data without issue.

Do you have Internet while DATA is on at all?

If other apps can communicate with web then something is off with whatsapp. Check if there is any special settings there. Did whatsapp Ever worked for you?

you issue with one app Try uninstall app and Rebooting device and reinstall.

See if it works when you connect to wifi. Maybe it is just the app issue. Try rebooting the phone.
