what is private message address for customer support

I have been reading the support messages for about an hour.

I have read numerous posts about contacting customer support via private message.

But no where does it say what address to use to send a message to customer support.

What is their private message address?

@MarioFestival  Yes you read it all correctly you will need to ask support for that . We here are just customers like you trying to help one another . And wish we could help with it . But unfortunately you will need the support for such a request

Yes, maybe you can help. 

I want to switch my subscription to the $24 per month 4Gb plan. I was told I cannot because the plan is only for new customers. And yet, I have read a number of stories on this community where existing members were allowed to switch to the new plan. This is inconsistent and strikes me as very unfair. Should not all customers be treated the same?

So yes, if you are offering to help, then please help me switch to the new plan.

I know a solution has already been chosen for this thread, however, I'm wondering if there is anything that we as a community can help you with @MarioFestival  ?? If you're having some issues, let us know and maybe we can help you figure it out.

adding if you tap your avatar top of page then drop down menu will appear and tap messages there you can send message to CS_Agent instead of using the link
