I placed my Order Aug 24th, its now the Sept 12th. I was not given any tracking number and struggle to ever get into my account and im unsure of what steps to take next or if a agent could give me a E-sim instead at this rate before my next billing cycle starts with bell. please let me know

it is one day Prime shipping, could be slightly longer if you live outside of the city, but should be 2 or 3 days.  if you are not Prime member , you can still join for a trial and the first order is free Prime shipping

Thanks everyone for the Replies very helpful. I did send a Dm to the CS_Agent. After looking on Amazon their timeline would be Oct before I would get it. I did call Belleville and asked directly about Public mobile cards and they have them there so I might just grab one.

yes it is , buy from Amazon, prime shipping

and ask PM to cover the cost

Looks lie a sim card to me.
Click on the Pick up a sim card link down below and enter your town and see if there are any stores there. Then call them to see if they stock sims. Not just any store.

Instead of buying form Toronto's Telus store, you can also buy from Amazon. Amazon shipping is much more reliable

I sent a message right after I got BKNS27 message, I don't live in Toronto though and thats the closest one listed for public mobile, would Belleville likely offer the same thing or would i call to inquire ? Thanks for the information

@Clay-W  you can ask support about the eSIM option but note 

SIM. Card can take up to 3 weeks to arrive .if you need one sooner try calling local Telus Koodo stores for in person pick up or order from Amazon .otherwise reach out to support for a status up date for when it shipped and when you can expect it . Or if you can get a credit for buying a new SIM card .message support directly while your already here and logged in the community you can send a  private message   To CS_Agents click
