Login Issues when trying to complete activation

When I log in to complete my activation, I am brought to a page with 2 options - "Resume Activation" and "Go To Login Page" - when you click on either, it brings you to a login page. When I enter my information in the link opened by clicking "go to login page" it works perfectly - but when I enter my information in the link opened by selecting "Resume Activation" it tells me my information is incorrect. (I have quadruple-checked all info). Has anyone else had this issue?

you were not using the app to complete the activation, were you?

please download the PM app on your phone and complete it with the app

if you are already using the app, please uninstall, reinstall and try login and complete
