I lost my phone and sim card, I can't log in because I have been locked out of my emails, I can't recover my emails. How do I cancel my old subscription? Is there a contact phone number or email where I can talk to a service representative? I can't do it through the app, chat thing, or online.

if you still have the phone with you and you remember the 4 digits pin, you can call *611 to disable Autopay there
if you don't have the pin, then submit a ticket with CS agent and they can help to disable Autopay and/or remove credit card
