Hey.
I put my voucher number and answer was: "Unfortunately, Voucher #4010xxxxxxx,#4010xxxxxxx could not be added. Please verify the Voucher and try again." I did it several times and nothing.
I call *611 from my public mobile phone made all that they say to me. and nothing again. What I should do with this?

It's easiest to add vouchers via 611. Once connected press (1) then (1) again and enter the 12 digit PIN #. If added successfully you will get a verbal confirmation followed by a text from 611 confirming you have made a successful payment. You only get two attempts at making a payment (successful or not) either thru 611 or your self serve account total combined. You the have to wait one full hour before trying again.**
Some vouchers take up to 24 hours to become valid and loadable onto your account. This could be your issue depending on which retailer that you bought your vouchers.
Vouchers are available at many small cellular businesses and larger retailers. The following list of retailers all offer pm vouchers that are immediately valid upon purchase.
- London Drugs
- Shell Stations
- 7/11
- SDM
- TMS
- RCSS
- Wal-Mart
- Circle K
RTP (real time payments) are available at Canadian Tire gas bars and Mobil stations for for a $1 fee and are loaded by giving the clerk your 10 digit phone number.
Online payments can be made at recharge.com and ding.com for about an 8% surcharge up to a 21% surcharge.....yes...outrageous!!??

If you attempt to add vouchers unsuccessfully too many times (5 times? too be confirmed) your account will be fraud locked for security reasons. It will automatically be unlocked after 24 hours if you still are unable to load your vouchers onto your account contact customer to check the validity of your vouchers and/or add them to your account. ( If adding payment is urgent then contact the CSA's immediately.)

kb_mv: I think about that too. There are lots of logins that don't participate. They could redeem them. This customer would get in contact with the support people. They would discover that the vouchers were used. And by who. So then it turns into an honesty thing.

Please remove your voucher number as this is a public Community forum and members are all customers of PM.
Someone can take those numbers and tried to use them.

Some vouchers you buy at the retail stores aren't "activated" for several hours after the sale. Try again in a few hours...if you can't load them by tomorrow, get the CSA to assist you.
You should be able to load them into your account by dialing 611...soon as they do activate.
Vouchers purchased a Shell Gas stations, Walmart and London Drug (in the west) are active as soon as you buy them.
Also...if it's urgent you get voucher now..try on-line vouchers from recharge.com or ding.com. They do work right fast, but they have a small user fee.

@olesia Use the downward arrow top right of your post and edit/delete your voucher # from it as you're posting on a public forum.

First of all remove those numbers. You're exposing real money to the world. Click the little arrow to the upper right and edit the comment.
Where did you buy the vouchers? Some have a delay.
