can anyone help me I want to find used public mobile where i can go to find the offers?

It depends on the make of the phone you are interested in. For iPhone or Samsung phones. I would recommend openbox online. They have a Boxing Day sale now and they have several brick & mortar stores where you can checkout and pickup. They sell new, openbox or refurbished. There is a section under clearance where they put a deeper discount on items that has been in stock for awhile.

Also as @hairbag1  noted, Costco also sell TCL and Moto (Motorola) phone from $100 to $300 but the only issue I have is that they only have a 1 year security update. Where iPhones and Samsung phone have a 5-7 year update. Or Mobile Klinik (Telus) for refurbished phones.

Depends what kind of phone you want. Plus you have to make sure it works with Public Mobile as they seem to force people to go with the big expensive brand names. However, if you're looking for just a "good enough" phone, costco has Motorola's for a good price. Just be careful where you purchase as in Kijiji or Ebay as there usually comes with problems.

if there's a Mobile Klinik in your area...give them a call as they sell 2nd hand phones. Also, Best Buy on-line has refurbed cellphones. Depending on your budget...Costco has a variety of price-points for new phones that will work here too.
