Hi, I need to urgently switch my plan to have more data for online school. keep getting error message that i should retry in a few minutes. account is topped up. Can't log in to my account any more...

OP waited 2 hours and all good, replied at 11:44 saying no issue
then a reply another 2 hours later at 1:29 PM REPEATING WHAT WAS SAID already

i suggest you close all Browser and do clear cache and cookies for any Browser,
and try open one Browser incognito mode,
or try it for a different Browser and open incognito mode,

thank you all, it seems just waiting for 2 hours does fix it... just difficult with screaming kids and power failure around...

HI@Erwin Did you see all the plans and able to pick Change now or change later? you got the error after you clicked one of the 2 choices (change now or later) or you are not even seeing all the plans?
try using a different browser or Incognito mode or clear cache or use a different computer and see
