upgraded from 3G to 4G, speeds still very slow (2Mbps)

Hello, about 5 hours ago I upgraded from 3G plan to 4G plan, my speeds on fast.com still show average 2Mbps, sometimes slower, I have reset my phone, still same issue, please help,

Remember that every time you run a speed test...you consume a good chunk of your data doing so.

HI @mmarkus   when did you request the plan change?  It takes 48 hours for the new speed to kick in.

rebooting your phone and check out the APN and is will take to upgraded to 4G about 48hr.

You won't see the upgraded speeds until up to 48 hours later.
