upgraded from 3G to 4G, speeds still very slow (2Mbps)

Hello, about 5 hours ago I upgraded from 3G plan to 4G plan, my speeds on fast.com still show average 2Mbps, sometimes slower, I have reset my phone, still same issue, please help,Mark.
