Hello,
Looking to find out how to upgrade my current 3G $25/mth 1GB Data plan to the newer $29/mth 30GB at 4G Speed plan.

it's bizarre that you have to request it and IF they feel like granting your request, you can have it. Some can and some can't...I'd like to know, what's the criteria for acceptance other than for a new account. It should be either - or...but not up to discretion of the customer support person who catches the request. 🤔

New activations only not for current customers.

The plan is for new activations only.
But you can check your luck with PM agent. please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:

Remember, that plan supposed to be for new activation, so agent has the right to decline your request, although some reported they got it.

@mike_p1 Submit ticket with support they can sometimes help . Other have confirmed getting these plans just by asking
