My current subscription is 50GB Data within Canada and the US at 5G Speed however every time I go into the States I have no data. I get the following messages pop up on my phone:
- Public Mobile Message: Connection Problem or invalid MMI code.
- Lost Connection: Looks like you lost your Internet connection. Check your device Settings then try connecting again.
- Lost mobile data connection: Data roaming is turned off. Tap to turn on.
I specifically changed to this subscription as I travel to the States a lot. Please help!

You definitely need to turn on data roaming

in your settings...you have Roaming Data enabled...right ?
