My new plan offers 100 minutes a month, with unlimited texts and unlimited incoming calls. Does this mean only the "number" of calls is unlimited and that I still have to remain within the 100 minutes a month or does it mean that if the call is "incoming" I don't need to worry about the 100 minute-limit?
Thanks!

And so far, for me, outbound calls to 800 numbers do NOT count against the 100 minutes.

Be careful with words... 😎
NOT 100 calls. It is 100 outgoing Minutes.

100 minutes:
- 1 call lasting 100 minutes
- 100 calls lasting 1 minute
- and anything in between
Remember that PM is considering anything between 1 second and 1 minute = minute; so if your call is 2.3min = 3 min.
NOT 100 calls 1 hour each... 😋

The $15 plan with 100 minute outgoing only applies when you call out.
All incoming calls don’t apply to your 100 minutes.
Since you have unlimited text and incoming calls.
Just text your friends and family to call you so you can take advantage of your plan.

@ediric5012 You have 100 outgoing calls available and unlimited incoming calls/texts on the $15 plan. Once you've used up your 100 outgoing (edit: mins) during a plan cycle, then you won't be able to call out again until renewal of plan or purchasing the $5/500 minutes add-on that doesn't expire so remaining mins stay with your account and can be used whenever you've depleted available plan mins. edit: you can continue to receive calls though.
Purchasing add-ons is a two step process, add funds first and then back to Add-On page to purchase the applicable add-on.

Exactly, the 100 minutes is for outgoing calls only. You can have unlimited minutes and hours of incoming calls that won't take from your 100 minutes.
