If you are transferring your phone number to PM then:
- Botch account have to be active (not closed)
- Initiate transfer at PM
- Keep old SIM in your phone
- Reply Yes within 90 minutes after receiving SMS from old provider

@Gennaro if you are transferring into PM , make sure your account on the other provider is still active. Also, there is a porting team number you can call. I will message you the phone number, please check your Community inbox
If you are transferring out, make sure your PM account is active. Then call your new provider back and ask them if you have anything missed and ask them to re-submit the transfer request
