Hello,
I transferred my phone number from fido to public mobile yesterday and i still cant contact people from my number so my number isnt active. I already payed for the transfer and i did it yesterday, but i still cant access my number. On the app, it says my number is active but when I go on my phone app it says its not active. I would like to be able to use my number.

it still doesnt work. i tried everything but i still cant access my phone number. i already payed for it and everything but i cant call or text on it and theres no data

@Mariya2 Are you able to send/receive texts and does data work?
In your shoes I would open a ticket through the Chatbot and get a CS agent to fix, should be a simple fix for them:

just try this...reboot the phone to see if that gets things going for you.
