transfer phone number doesn't work

I transferred my phone number to public mobile yester night about 8pm. I paid for my plane and I downloaded app and  opened my account and I could log in. I put SIM card into my phone. It showed "public mobile". I thought everything was ok. 

But tonight when I tried to call, it doesn't work. it said I don't have enough minutes. then i immediately tried to log in to my account. But every time after I confirmed code, it showed me "forbidden A1". 

I want to know what happened. if i transferred my phone number successfully? I really want to know. 

now I use another phone number's account!!! 

another question is : if I don't have another account , where can I to find the agents to solve the problems????

and you checked the Community inbox and support has not replied you yet? https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage/tab/inbox

They usually reply and resolve issue on the same day, but look like you have to send them another message tonight (or tomorrow morning) and your issue will probably resolved tomorrow

Hi,

Can you tell me I send a direct message to CS_agent or open a ticket do I get a confirmation? I have sent a message twice with no reply

@hythinkflower  incoming calls work?  $15 plan only comes with 100 minutes, maybe you really used them up?  Checking voicemails from your phone  costs you outgoing  minutes too

PM has real customer service, but it is dont via ticket and message.  Please refer to my post above to open ticket with PM support

Both  call out or in always told me "can't complete my call because not available minute"

$15. And what's the meaning "ticket" and how to put in? And how can I talk to the agent, I mean the real customer service?

@hythinkflower does data work?  can you receive incoming calls?

which plan do you have? $15?

either way, put in a ticket first.  It is late now, support might not reply until tomorrow morning

Old Sim card shows "sos only"

Yes. It show connection to Pm. And every time I call 611, it said I'v already completed minutes.

@hythinkflower  does your previous sim card still work? You can check if there's service to see if phone was transferred successfully?

To get help with log in contact PM through the chatbot or the support section of the app.  Type agent or support.

@hythinkflower  you tried reboot the phone?  does the sim showing connected to PM network after the reboot?

If you the sim card no longer able to connect to PM network, ask support to check.  You can :

1. Open ticket via Chatbot (need access to My Account): At https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
    Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", then "Other", then "Login" and finally click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗
2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after ticket submitted, CS Agent will reply to you there
