Hello, I recently transferred my phone number from my local carrier 3hrs ago. My mobile carrier on the phone says Public Mobile but texting is not working. I cannot receive and see other people's text. I can call people just fine but I can't send messages.
I checked other cases and it seems that my number transfer is incomplete. I also can't view the solution since it says access denied in forum.
Any help would be appreciated, thank you!

@PublicUser17 but can you make calls and receive calls??
PM currently has trouble to provision SMS with new accounts. They are working on the fix, but they can correct the issue on a case by case basis. Please open ticket with PM support. Private message CS Agent at:

Public Mobile is dealing with issues when it comes to SMS on Android and iMessages and FaceTime and such. There is no ETA of when it will be resolved. Here is their announcement.

In the meantime, please try troubleshoot steps:
