Are you up for renewal? If all your services are working then ignore the suspended message in self service. That’s the normal renewal message.

Is there an error message when you try from your Self Serve account? This could be a credit card issue.
If you're trying to use a voucher and receiving an invalid voucher PIN error message, these vouchers can take a few hours before they start working.
