I ported my number today but then realized I hadn’t removed my payment from the account and I had pre authorized payment set up in there and need to make sure this is canceled as I read in some forums that other people have been charged even after the account was closed can you please assist with this

There is a slim chance you will be charged after closing your account because everything in your account is closed. Some members closed there account after the renewal date so they are charged for an additional month.
But you can contact a CS_Agent to confirm that your CC has been removed.
