hi @Milliondolla reboot the phone with the PM eSIM enabled. First test if outbound calls work, of it works, check if it receive inbound calls, if it does , then it port is done
another way to confirm, if you old carrier sim no longer connects , then the port is done
yesterday
@Milliondolla So check phone setting sim manger and make sure the PM sim is enabled/set to primary if this is iPhone be sure to toggle on “turn on this line “
Toggle on “turn on this line”
And reset network settings and disable old providers sim or remove from phone

@Milliondolla If your already replied YES to the confirmation text , then yes it’s time to try the public mobile sim in the phone and rebbot the device and test incomming and outgoing calls text and data .
adding @Milliondolla if old providers sim no longer works then this is good indication the ports complete . If it has and you can make outgoing calls with PM SIM card is another sign thing in the right direction. And if you can’t recieve calls on new PM SIM card note it can take up to 2 hours for port to complete so just keep rebooting your phone every 20 mins until it dose work . But if your old providers sim still works after 2 hours .
then you can call porting team for update
