You know, I went through all that ...  including time going around in circles with "customer no service".  I feel I wasted $ 22 on the sims  and worse another 3 hours of my time so far. More time spent on this I will never get back .. I think I will just see it as a error and move on with another company. Thx for your help.

@chriskub   there are others able to get it within couple days.  

But we do see some reported that they have to wait 3 weeks

definitely not good.,  We tried to bring this up many times but we still hear stories about 3 weeks wait time

I suggest you to open ticket with them for status and complain

I am sure most people are happy to wait 3 weeks (?). That is different than what they stated when they sold me the sims.

It normally takes a total of 3 weeks for the SIM to arrive.

If you are in a rush, there are some still available on Amazon and others have indicated that some are available at Shell stations.
