You know, I went through all that ...  including time going around in circles with "customer no service".  I feel I wasted $ 22 on the sims  and worse another 3 hours of my time so far. More time spent on this I will never get back .. I think I will ...

I am sure most people are happy to wait 3 weeks (?). That is different than what they stated when they sold me the sims.
