@Rosinnq , have you checked the envelope symbol on the upper right corner for responses? Response time can take 2 or more hours depending on the number of tickets in the system. The community might be able to assist if the issue does not require work on the account.

overall you did the right thing to open ticket with PM support, now you just need to check the Community inbox for agent's reply. They will usually reply and have the issue all sorted within 4 hours
But if you like to share with the Community, we can share our problem. But we are only customers like you, so, any account problem related with funds, we cannot help
